Ingredients
1 1/2cupsFarmer Direct Foods Whole White Wheat Flour
1/2teaspoonbaking soda
1/4teaspoonsalt
1/2cupsalted butter, softened
3/4cupdark brown sugar, packed
1teaspoonpure vanilla extract
1large egg, room temperature
1cupsemi-sweet chocolate chips
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F.
In a medium bowl, combine flour, baking soda and salt. Set aside.
In a medium bowl, cream together the softened butter, brown sugar, and vanilla until light and fluffy. Add egg and beat until smooth.
Gradually add the flour mixture and beat until fully incorporated. Stir in chocolate chips.
Drop by rounded tablespoon onto an ungreased cookie sheet. Bake 9-11 minutes or until light brown on the edges. Cool slightly; remove from cookie sheet. Cool on wire rack.
