3/4cupcreamy peanut butter
1/3cupcoconut oilmelted
1/2cupdark brown sugaror loosely-packed light
1/4cupmilk
2tsp.pure vanilla extract
1cupFarmer Direct Foods Whole White Wheat Flourspoon & leveled
1/4tsp.salt
1/2tsp.baking powder
1/3cuppeanuts
1/3cupsemi sweet chocolate chipsor dark
1/4cupsemi sweet chocolate chipsor dark
1tsp.creamy peanut butter
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line an 8x8 inch baking dish with parchment paper or aluminum foil for easy cleanup. Lightly grease the lined pan with cooking spray.
In a large bowl, whisk together melted butter and light brown sugar until well combined. Stir in the egg and vanilla extract until fully incorporated.
Add peanut butter to the wet ingredients and mix until completely smooth.
